Data Quest provides its clients’ employees with a confidential means of communication to share praise or concern about the company through an Employee Tip Line program. This service shows employees that their feedback, whether it be positive or negative, is valued by management and is extremely helpful to the company’s success.
At WWW.HELPMYCO.COM, employees can anonymously report information, such as suspicions of theft, sexual harassment, substance abuse and/or other unethical behavior, which they may not feel comfortable reporting in person.
Data Quest provides posters for employee break rooms, as well as a complimentary presentation to outline the program to staff.
The Employee Tip Line program is a cost-effective method of providing a company with sensitive information to identify internal problems early.

Integrity Dining Audits
Spotters gather information in an unbiased and constructive manner and their insightful reports help management recognize weaknesses in systems and procedures which may encourage employee dishonesty. They also uncover critical loss prevention issues, such as:
- Cash mishandling
- Internal theft of money and/or merchandise
- Under-ringing sales
- Voiding recorded sales
- Recording “No Sales”
- Unrecorded (freebies)
- Unauthorized discounts
- Reissuing checks and/or receipts
If cash mishandling or other serious procedural violations are detected, Data Quest will recommend actions the client may choose to pursue, including interviews and statement-taking, which the agency can conduct.
At the client’s request, Data Quest can assist with prosecution and restitution procedures. Data Quest investigators are available for testimony to support their investigative findings and the agency is experienced and successful in criminal and civil proceedings and union arbitrations.
