Data Quest researchers are on-site at courthouses throughout Massachusetts every weekday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, diligently examining criminal and civil records via the state’s public access terminals. Our comprehensive research covers all 14 counties across the Commonwealth, encompassing 14 superior courts and 70 district courts, and will include a minimum of seven years for both felony and misdemeanor court charges and/or convictions.

We are committed to delivering accurate results within just 1-2 business days, and the only information required for a search is a full name and date of birth. A signed release or authorization is not needed.

If a criminal or civil case is identified, we will retrieve and submit the court docket within 1-2 business days. The docket will contain the case number, full case name, file date, description of each count, type of crime, court fees assessed, probation or prison time ordered, disposition, and disposition date.
